1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened cannot be returned

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or body care products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products purchased on clearance or sale

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
